Very handy for the station. Had Sky TV. Easy 20 minute walk to the Leaning Tower.

Good hotel, recently refurbished, close to station, 20 minutes walk to Duomo and Leaning Tower. Poor air conditioning.
Top Tip
Convenient for rail trip to Florence (about an hour).

I had a friend who arrived the following morning and came to collect me, he was interrogated at reception and then was asked to leave his passport or some form of ID before they would let him come up to my room. I think that for this standard of hotel this was a little aggressive.

This was the second time that we stayed at this hotel. We enjoyed it so much the first time we decided to use it as the base for our wedding in Pisa. We were not disappointed as the facilities have been freshened up through a major refurb (it was fine before this). The staff were excellant - helpful, friendly, accommodating to our poor Italian language skills. We were provided with a fantastic Champagne reception and staff even made us a cake!
I cannot recommend this hotel enough. It is clean, accessible, food is good, staff are friendly and, location is ideal.
Top Tip
Go and see for yourself. Many travellers can't see past the monuments and make Pisa a one night stay. Believe me there is more to Pisa then just one night. Go up the side roads and explore. As with all of Italy's cities there is more to see if you are prepared to move off the beaten track. Highlight resteraunt was 'Bruno's'. Great menu and food.
