The hotel is located a few minutes from historical centre of Pisa, just round the corner from the the Leaning Tower and the Basilica. The railway station is easily reached by public transport. Car parking and a garage are available nearby.

Villa Kinzica Hotel
The Villa Kinzica Hotel was established over sixty years ago and is housed in an imposing mid-18th century villa, with a restaurant annex. The medium sized lobby is decorated in pastel tones with a wooden reception desk, and retains some original features, such as the fireplace, wood-beamed ceiling and a few antiques. The 34 medium sized guestrooms are appointed in a sober, tasteful style, with modern wood furniture and art prints on the walls. All are clean and well maintained, though some of the functional en suite bathrooms are in need of renovation. The hotel also offers a Continental style buffet every morning in its welcoming breakfast room. If you love authentic Italian food, the adjacent restaurant is ideal.
